The RAMP team are extremely sorry to inform you of the passing after a short illness of Beckie Miles our much loved and respected Operations Manager. In her time with RAMP, Beckie transformed our customer experience team to one that today has industry leading response times and Trust Pilot reviews. Beckie approached her role with kindness and professionalism to both her colleagues and our customers alike and will be greatly missed.
