With over 30 years of experience across the heavy earthmoving and automotive industries, Steph brings an exceptional depth of technical knowledge, aftersales expertise, and customer service leadership to the business.

Having held senior roles including Group Warranty Manager, Service Manager, and Aftersales Manager, Steph has built a reputation for delivering operational excellence, strong dealer support, and high-performing warranty and technical functions throughout his career.

As RAMP continues to expand its innovative Lifetime Maintenance Plan offering across the automotive sector, Steph’s experience and industry insight will play a key role in supporting our partners, customers, and future growth.
